Can I see my pet portrait before it's sent to me?
Yes, we offer an additional service for $10 on all of our custom portraits which you can opt for at the last step of checkout. Select "I'd like to see a proof" and we'll email you a proof of your pet portrait prior to printing.
Where do you ship from?
All of our orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. Our friendly team is also based in Melbourne. Feel free to get in touch with ushere.
Do all Pets have to be in the same photo?
No, we are able to work from separate photos for all of our pet portraits. We understand getting your pets to sit next to each nicely is a near impossible task!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your portrait usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Printing, framing and dispatch takes around 1 to 3 business days. Then delivery takes around 5 working days depending on your location within Australia.
How do you package your pet portraits?
All of our portraits are carefully packaged to survive their journey's across Australia. We've sent thousands of pet portraits so we are experts at packaging your portrait for a safe journey to you.
Are your frames good quality?
