Can I see my Pet Portrait before it's sent to me?
Yes, we offer an additional service for $10 on all of our custom portraits which you can opt for at the last step of checkout. Select "I'd like to see a proof" and we'll email you a proof of your pet portrait prior to printing.
Where do you ship from?
All of our orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. Our friendly team is also based in Melbourne. Feel free to get in touch with us here.
Do all Pets have to be in the same photo?
No, we are able to work from separate photos for all of our pet portraits. We understand getting your pets to sit next to each nicely is a near impossible task!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your portrait usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Printing, framing and dispatch takes around 1 to 3 business days. Then delivery takes around 5 working days depending on your location within Australia.
How do you package your Pet Portraits?
All of our portraits are carefully packaged to survive their journey's across Australia. We've sent thousands of pet portraits so we are experts at packaging your portrait for a safe journey to you.

This is my second time ordering from Oh Barney and I cannot recommend them enough. Our first order was a few years ago for our two dogs. I had ordered them as a birthday present to my husband and remember the look on his face when he opened the box and saw them. They were perfect, just as I had imagined they would be - Great quality and delivered with care. So when we got a new dog, I just knew I had to order from Oh Barney again and they did not disappoint. I had left a note asking for the font and background colours to be as close as possible to our first set, I then followed up with an email with a picture of our previous framed prints. Of course, with a few years passing, things had changed a little. Melissa contacted me and even found our old prints to compare. She communicated everything clearly, even clarifying that we would not receive our print prior to Christmas, and gave us the option to preview prior to print, free of charge. She anticipated potential changes and had already organised these with her team before I had communicated my thoughts. This was so deeply appreciated as we were able to get on the same page and the perfect print was created. Melissa provided a whole top tier level of customer care! Then it arrived! I was just assuming the frame would be similar to the previous ones but it came with a premium wooden frame with glass, which was a huge unexpected upgrade from the previous style. For the price, quality and customer services provided - there was absolutely nothing that could be faulted. Highly recommend and we will most definitely be ordering again when we get another dog!
