Can you use multiple photos within the one Custom Portrait?
Yes - our talented artists can easily merge photos together within the one portrait.
Can I see my Pet and Person Portrait before it's sent to me?
Yes, we offer an additional service for $10 on all of our custom portraits which you can opt for at the last step of checkout. Select "I'd like to see a proof" and we'll email you a proof of your pet portrait prior to printing.
How long does delivery take?
For non-customised Wall Art, delivery takes between 4 and 10 business days depending on your location within Australia.
How do you package your Custom Portraits?
We take great care in ensuring your wall art arrives to you in perfect condition. For Framed Portrait orders, our frames are expertly wrapped then packaged within a box. Our Unframed Portrait orders are also expertly packaged either flat or within a large roll, depending on the size.

We are located in Melbourne, Australia. All of our dispatching is from Melbourne.
