Can I see my portrait before it is printed?
Yes. You can add a $10 digital proof at the final checkout step. We’ll email your proof for review before printing.
Where do you ship from?
All physical orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia, with free delivery available throughout Australia.
Can I upload several photos of my one pet?
Yes. You can upload several clear photos of the same pet if different images show their face, colouring, markings or personality more clearly. Our artists will use the strongest details when creating your portrait.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Artwork creation usually takes 3–7 business days. Printing, framing and dispatch generally take another 1–3 business days, followed by delivery based on your location within Australia.
How will my portrait be packaged?
Every portrait is carefully packaged to protect the artwork and frame throughout its journey to you.
Are your frames good quality?
Yes. Our premium black, white and timber frames are crafted from high-quality materials and selected to showcase and protect your artwork.
Can I order a Digital File only of my Pet Portrait?
Yes. Select the Digital File Only option when choosing your portrait format.
