Can I purchase this personalised pet Christmas ornament on its own?
Yes. The standalone ornament costs A$60. Upload your pet’s photo and we’ll create personalised artwork for your ceramic Christmas ornament. This option does not include a separate digital portrait file.
How does the A$39 pet portrait add-on work?
When you purchase an eligible Oh Barney pet portrait in the same order, you can add a personalised Christmas ornament for A$39. We’ll reuse the artwork from your portrait, so you won’t need to upload your photo again.
What type of pet photo should I provide?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo that shows your pet’s face, markings and ears. Avoid blurry images, heavy filters, screenshots and photos with strong shadows. If you’re unsure, contact us and we can help you choose the best photo.
What pets can be included on the ornament?
We can create personalised ornaments featuring dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, birds and other beloved pets. Your chosen photo should clearly show the features you would like represented.
Can I choose the ornament design and personalisation?
Yes. Choose from Furry Christmas, Snowy Days, Snowglobe or Christmas Wreath. Depending on your selected design, you can add your pet’s name, customised text or a Santa hat.
What size is the ceramic pet ornament?
The round ceramic ornament measures approximately 7.3 cm × 7.3 cm and is 0.4 cm thick. Your personalised pet artwork is printed on one side.
How long does production and delivery take?
Each ornament is made to order and requires approximately four production days before dispatch. If purchased with a portrait, it may arrive in a separate delivery. Delivery within Australia is free.

was amazing and incredibly fast! they sent me the final result beforehand to make sure I was happy with it even without the purchase of this. Her body was added to another photo where it was out of frame, which im incredibly grateful for as the party hat reference is one of my favourite photos of her. This is my second time ordering from Oh Barney and I cannot recommend them enough. Our first order was a few years ago for our two dogs. I had ordered them as a birthday present to my husband and remember the look on his face when he opened the box and saw them. They were perfect, just as I had imagined they would be - Great quality and delivered with care. So when we got a new dog, I just knew I had to order from Oh Barney again and they did not disappoint. I had left a note asking for the font and background colours to be as close as possible to our first set, I then followed up with an email with a picture of our previous framed prints. Of course, with a few years passing, things had changed a little. Melissa contacted me and even found our old prints to compare. She communicated everything clearly, even clarifying that we would not receive our print prior to Christmas, and gave us the option to preview prior to print, free of charge. She anticipated potential changes and had already organised these with her team before I had communicated my thoughts. This was so deeply appreciated as we were able to get on the same page and the perfect print was created. Melissa provided a whole top tier level of customer care! Then it arrived! I was just assuming the frame would be similar to the previous ones but it came with a premium wooden frame with glass, which was a huge unexpected upgrade from the previous style. For the price, quality and customer services provided - there was absolutely nothing that could be faulted. Highly recommend and we will most definitely be ordering again when we get another dog!
